Dear Experts,

Id like to know what documents need to be inspected to determine whether a land is agricultural or non agricultural. how would the documents of either category differ?

in West Bengal - to know about the nature of Land - u have to take PARCHA from the B.L. & L.R.O. Office, wherein its clearly reflect the nature, detail particulars, ownership, and share / measurment of Land, about the other state, have no idea. thanks.
