experts help me
i heard that property comes from father by inherited transfer is ancestral.
but i got property from both my father and uncle by partition deed.
the land i got is 10 acres the owners are father 5 acres and uncle 5 acres.
now i ask you under which law says that property got from uncle in partition deed is ancestral or self acquired?
what is the right of my children over my property?
all are got separate share.

you wrongly heard that property comes from father by inherited transfer is ancestral.
for next question answer can be given only after looking into the deed you are naming "partition deed".
The right of your children over your property would arise only after you if what you got from your father and uncle belonged to them exclusively.
To know any more you also need to tell that in which state property is??and was it sir or khudkast ,if it situate in UP,before abolition of zamindari.
if the property initially belonged to your grand or great grand father and is used as abadi or as agricultural land are the facts which have great bearing before deciding what law is to be applied in your case.
