I have purchase a property from 3rd buyer in 2007. That time society has Given NOC and accordingly Home loan is process.
In My Chain of agreement Three confirming parties made partial payment to Builder and finaly forth party made final payment to builder and paid stamp duty and registration thereon.
Society also issues NOC in 2007.
Now Society want me to pay the Stamp Duty registration for 3 agreements between confirming party and Builder to issue the Share Certificate.
Is it necessary to Pay Stamp duty and As Society has already issued NOC at the time of purchase, can they demand this documents now. Please help.

bank will not disburse you loan unless chain of agreement is duly stamped and registered .
when you purchase a property always consult a lawyer .
you can request the seller that objection has been raised by society that earlier agreement was not duly stamped .
please scrutinise agreement carefully . there may be a clause in agreement that in case any claims are made seller shall make payment .
