Information about the payroll of an accused

hounrable lawyers,
i need your help in the topic of payrol i want to know on which surity a criminal is supposed to came out of the prison like money deposit ,property papers or something else????

The matter referred by is called "parole"and not"payrol".By parole we mean norms under which a person who is in jail either because of his conviction or due to refusal of bail after arrest or surrender post to lodge of any FIR in any non bailable case.

In such cases some time circumstances arise that such a convict or accused is granted temporary release from jail on such condition as the court deems fit to impose.
Various grounds may be there to seek parole,such as marriage ,illness or deathetc., of kith and kin or nearest members or relatives of accused.
