Pagdi system

We are staying in BORIVALI (mumbai). pagdi system .Recently landlord is charge for Rs. 100/- per month for rent collection charge & coman aria security charges for Rs. 150/- per month. But he is coman aria making for pay & park. It is right in rent law ?. If is no any bar rent control act. then how can is fight him .

you are a lucky man indeed . you are staying in borvili in mumbai and paying only Rs 100 a month as rent . if landlord is charging you for security for keeping watchaman dont grudge the same . pay it willingly

If park is being maintained for your welfare then it is necessary to pay it happily and it includes under Rent Act..

thankas ajayji i agree you say about that but ones time i pay the amount.than she
(landlord) are every year are in-cress the other charge's amt. or put him any other charge"s.then how can i do.Rs. (100/- per month for rent collection charge this amount are other charge's not for rent). plzzzzzzzzz ajayji govr me the your valubal advice one time more .
