Kindly clarify the following points

1. Patta will not be issued for a flat. Is it correct? Can we obtain patta in the name of the flat owners association or jointly in the name of all the flat owners (8 in number).

2. Is it correct if the patta is still in the name of the builder.

3. Is construction agreement, sale agreement and sale deed, property tax paid challan, water tax paid Challan is sufficient proof for ownership.

you can get separate patta in your name, you just get and all the document of xerox with joint patta also, approach VAO or Register office they will give individual patta into your name
