Cheating by police officer by getting house allowance

A police officer is living in Govt. quqrters/House and he is also drawing Rent/house allowance from the Department.What and under which sections police can register a FIR against above police officer.

Dear Ram Narain,

Please clarify the following points:

1) In what way you are related to the department of police or the house rent being drawn by the police officer?

2) Has the Government quarter been alloted in the personal name of the police officer or is residing in the quarter alloted to some other Government employee on paying rent for that?

3) If residing in some other employee's quarter, whether the Government servant is related to him and what is their relation with each other?

Above (cheater)police officer is residing in govt. quarter and that is alloted to him in his name,i am also police officer and are posted in same police station.I want to expose above police officer.Kindly advice.

I salute your courage to come out agains such corrupt police officer who is defrauding with state and is involved in open corruption.

You move an application to the higher police officials of your department with proper evidence and demand strict departmental acttion. It shall suffice and if you do not get desired results then obtain information about the double game under RTI Act and then go to High Court under a writ.

The reason is same the corruption and Black Money.

Dear Anonymous,

Although your courage is appreciable, but you still need to get some facts verified, as in the case of quarter having been alloted to the police officer, a deduction of house rent in the shape of license fee (LF) @ 10% or the standard license fee would also have been deducted from his pay every month. If the LF is deducted there it becomes unbelievable that drawl of house rent allowance would also have been there in the same pay of the officer every month out of which LF is deducted.

So, it is my advice to you, please double check the facts before you resort to any complaint. Otherwise the compalaint can bounce back on you as a false complaint.
