As MHADA House had been settled by your grandpa during his life time half in your favour and 1/2 in favour of your grandma so you are fully entitled to retain your 1/2 share out of total house and all 5 children are owners in equal share in rest of 1/2 share of your grandma.

You can file a civil suit for partition and possession before competent court of law for your 1/2 share in the house property.

""for the legal formalities my grandpa had submitted their old houses documents in mhada office, with his, grand ma & on my name""

Can you clarify it further as in view two contrary opinion put forward already,it is not prudent to lean any one unless you clarify whether 1/2 interest is shown in your favor by your grand paa by passing on title to you??????
