To my information, in Uttar Pradesh, the leasing of agricultural land can not be done( with few exceptions).
What is the way out for a corporate entity to use the land for 2-5 years( without entering into lease agreement)?

You have right information AND In ADDITION a corporate body can even by agricultural land in UP. There is only one option,that the use of land be converted as non agricultural u/s 143 of UPZALR and then be leased,if purpose get solved.
If not then the land be bought first in name of any Arm wing personnel or in name of a physically handicapped [both may be available]and then have a lease from him.
