sir, it is not simple as it is looks like, my wife parents are very cheap and gready about money. they can go to any extend. mahila mandal want that i will give in writing that i am unsound mind & i have given mental torture to my wife thats why my wife is taking khula. we are agree to return all the jehaz & gift article to my wife after separation they want money against these articles. suppose if i will give them money after they will go to the court for future maintance. these divorce deed is acccept by the court or not. tell me the section which they will fill against us in court, suggest a name of laywer in nagpur so that we can take help from him.I don't want to give money becoz she has abuse my mother after these meeting held for khula. how i can defent in court against my wife. please reply
