Who is owner of wakf property now

There is a wakf property which is occupied by unauthorized occupient. Both the cases decreed in favour of Punjab wakf board1968 and appeal of unauthorized occupant dismissed with cost in District and Session Court in 1969. But wakf board not filed execution application.Now that property is demolished and unauthorized occupant died. Now pls intimate me who is owner of wakf totally demolished property.
