It is most humbly requested to kindly give your kind suggestions on the rights of cosharers for construction on joint land partition suit for which is pending in the court of law.

If it is undivided share it is matter of dispute.if side is mentioned it easy or you may enforce right by possession.

No co-sharer is entitled to raise any permanent structure pending such case of partition. seek stay order as it shall frustrate the right of other co-sharers parties to the partition proceeding pending before civil court.

yes!No separate construction by a co sharer can go on with out consent of other co sharers and any infringement is actionable at law and suit for injunction shall lie therefor.
