Dear sir, I am a NRI and buy a flat in Dwarka SECTOR 7 on Aug 2011. Flat is my wife's name.
The land was given under 20 points scheme (1984). lately land devloped by the builder and selling the flat.
I seen the last power attorney is registered in BINGA (SHRI BASTI) DISTT. UP. not in delhi.
As per the most people openion registry not possible. Please help me
Land owner (Builder) give us a noterized power of attorney, sale agreement. is this okey?
I want to register the GPA or registered the property.

Mr. anonymous title of the property can not be transfered by notrised or registered power of attorney.Title of the property can only be transfered by the registered sale deed, gift deed etc.Notrised power of attorney and unregistered sale agreement has no legal value in the eye of law regarding title.
