unregistered release deed is maintainable or not. how to pay the stamp duty for unregistered release deed, properties at tamil nadu, already partition suit is pending

Any release deed relating to immovable property must be registered.No subsequent registration after expiry of 04 months from the date of execution can legally take place.For stamp duty verify with sub registrar office of your area.It varries from state to state.
