Arrest made by police in course of anticipatory bail granted by court

please give citaion or gukdeine because my client has been arrested by ponlice when he has got anticipatory bailby session court . The JMFC court has given him Magistrate custody.......... What is solution? tell me urgently

Dear nishant, Mere getting anticipatory bail will not prevent you from arresting unless or until you furnish bail bond and send the recall to the respective P.S till police has power to arrest. So do the above proccess as early as possible.

Did you fill the bail bonds. Were there any surity?

If so, both the JMFC and IO can be prosecuted for unlawful detention.
