My father purchase shop no.(1) since 1981 his self earn & his own name registered & start business his on name . We are only 3 son my father. We 3 help father business after 1990.my father business balance sheet we show as pvt. Party (as loan) & salary employees. Since 1993 my mother died. My father re-marriage in 1994.After year step mother born 1 sister. In jan. 1998 my father purchase another shop no. (2) his self earn this shop my father was registered ( my name & elder brother name registered). Myself & my elder brother start business as partner in shop no.(2) . Capitals come over 1st shop we as pvt. Party.my father transfer our fund to our business. Our balances sheet also my father firm pvt.party (as loan). This loan after 4&5 year we paid. I go abroad since nov. 2002 to 26 oct. 2004. My salary transfer by cheques my father business accounts. my father died 25 oct. 2004.My step mother & step sister may 2005 she gives no objection certificate regard shop no.(1) is my father name. This certificate notary is done by lawyer on her side. After few months she says under pressure give you this certificate. She suit case for property. No will made. Now my Question
1. She get any share of shop no.(1) is in my father name & business.
2. She get any share of shop no.(2) (second shop is my name & my elder brother name) & business.

Look you have violated the norms we like authors to observe.we advise free and with labor not even your paid lawyer can advise
with a sense of zeal of service and simply request you people to maintain the original thread but you people fail even doing so endangering your self for a bad advise.

I seek pardon of Mr. Sethi before advising you here just because you seem to be helpless in your words.


MY OPINION::::....
1]If your step mother is married to your father after the death of your mother then she her children as well as you two from 1st mother all are heirs of the shop no.1 as your father has not left any will.All will get simultaneously and equally.


2]Since shop no.2 is registered and owned by you two brothers and money accounting is properly done you both are the only owners in which she or her children does not have any share at all.
