Right of muslim women

kindly explain me whether muslim women alone if she like to be governed by crpc without choice of husband.act 1986 allows both or single party to be governed by crpc.any judgement providing maintenance for muslim wife.

If the wife chooses to enforce her right she can apply for maintenance u/s 125 crpc not under the provision of Musmin Marriage Dissolution Act.

my question is now settled that both can apply.and if any of them abstains then they can not be governed by crpc.next question is if they prefer to be governed by crpc and husband is found unable.can such wife again go in 1985 act.this question i need answer correctly.obliged
