Evicting sister

sir,my sister is the caretaker of my house which was given as a gift deed to me by my father.that was not an anscestral property.my sister also got one property same way.she has rented out her property and staying in my house.now she is telling she wont vacate my house.how can i evict her from my house?we are staying in andhrapradesh. my house is in angalore

you said it is gifted to you by your father.IF the gift document is pakka then no need to worry on it.

Since it is a gifted property of your father to you. If the gift deed is registered then need not to worry. You should file a suit for eviction in the respective court where the property is situated

thank you sir for replies sir ,how long it will take to evict her if i file a suit?the sale deed is a registered one and we have been remitting property tax also.can we foecefully evict her. is that a criminal offence?

she is after all your sister . you must be having some family elders . try to reason with her . dont file suit for eviction .
