I want to give my flat on heavy deposit?

i would like to know that i want to give my flat on heavy deposit of 2lakhs for the period of 3yrs but the maintenance paid by other party and and municipal tax paid by owner, so which type of agreement should be made in this case and for what period of time the flat should be given on heavy deposit,how much amount of stamp paper is required for above agreement..........pls guide

Municipal tax paid by owner means you or any other owner.
If those flat is in your name then you have to pay the both , if the tannent need to pay it directly then that clasue should be briefly explained and indicated in the lease agreement.
20 rs stamp paper is enough for rental agreement

stamp paper would depend upon the rent you receive , security deposit you have taken , period of leave and licence and the state you are in as each stae has its own stamp Act

in the agreemetn have clause inserted that maintenance would be paid for by the licencee

If lease/rent agreement already executed. Write/type this clause in plain paper with reference to previous agreement and get sign by both.
