The Division bench of Delhi High Court ib Bahnot vs Bahnot has made it amply clear that the Act has retrospective effect.

It would be nice if Mr Kpoor share with us as well.
Anyway since there is conflicting decisions of the high courts( Single Bench) , we all are agog to know what does the Supreme Court says in this matter which is already pending before this.
