please help me.I am a law student and one of my friend's relative is a judge.One senior advocate encouraged one person to file a false complain against a judge.But the time and date for which he filed case the complainant himself was in police custody and he also admitted his crime in S D O court and still to pressurise judge to decide cases in advocates favor he did this act. Also in police investigation it came that judge was not present at place of crime.Judge is and at time of offence also was posted at different place from place of offence. advocate is also demanding money from judge and also asking for registry of an ancestral property of judge which is near to home place of advocate in return of compromise in false case and evidence in favor of judge in enquiry pending in High court related to same case

The case u/s 311 lies against the de facto complainant.
