Can residing legal heirs object the entry & stay of other legal heirs

Querist : Anonymous (Querist) 28 November 2011 This query is : Resolved
Father purchased house. Father & mother expired. Out of 10 legal heirs, 2 residing in the house does not want to sell the property. Rest 8 legal heirs residing in other states want to sell the property. Now out of 8 legal heirs staying in other states, 2 sons want to shift their family and stay in father’s house. Yes house is big one and has potential to accommodate another 2 families. Can the two residing in the house, can object for this? Will they restrict the entry/stay?
