After passing All India Bar Council Exam, it will be require to resisted name for Practicing Court / Divisional court for practice,

once you got pass in the BCIE then the bar council of india issue certificate . No more registration being required

even though pass the AIBE exam, you must enroll the your certificate your nearest state bar council.

Dear Mr. Sheikh,
Let us not confuse him.
After passing LL.B. one is required to enrol with the Bar Council.
After enrolment, one has to clear the AIBE Examination.

As rightly pointed out by Mr. Sankar Narayanan, no further registration / enrolment is required.

you can also register local bar association of district. But it is optional.

Joining the advocates association is only optional, but I suggest you to become of the advocates association where you usually practice.
