sir,the land is in uttarpradesh. 4 bigha land.at sultanpur jurisdictional.can WILL MADE FROM KOLKATA BY THE PROPERTIOR OF THE LAND . AND ALSO TELL ME THE PROCEDURE OF WILL.CAN OTHER MEMBER CAN CLAIM FOR THE PROPERTY ( LAND) SHARE .PLZ ADVICE .

Will can be executed from any place. The Will can be executed from Kolkata.
For executing the Will in proper manner it is advisable that you engage an advocate.
If the testator of the Will is the absolute owner then no body except the beneficiary of the Will can claim from the Will.

Will can be executed anywhere anytime and requires no specific performa. However, it is eseential that it must be attested by two witnesses.
It would be better to get it registered though not necessary but will help a lot at the time of its enforcement and litigation.

If the mentioned land is ancestral then no will can be made by its owner shown in revenue record but it is self acquired then the procedure told by experts above is correct.
