Poa cancelled

sir, we are runnig finance company and we given loan for a person against his registered agriland poa for Rs.700000 lac after that he vanished and didnt pay any intrest last one year now its principle and int Rs.9,00.000.00 we demand the payment he refused to settle and without our knowledge he cancel the poa and we have his blank cheque and promissery note and all related documents wat can we do? pls advice us

Now POA for property transfer are not recognised so you have to go for lengthy legal battle.

1] Deposit Cheques, , ON DISHONOUR, FILE 138 complaint.
2] Try attach properties mortgaged with you, if any.
3] File criminal case c Police foe breach of trust and 420.

1)contact your lawyer . if you fill in blanks in cheque without consent of the peroson it amounts to material alteration of cheque and no cheque bouncing case can be filed .

2) file summary suit under order XXXVII of CPC

3)you cna file case for cheating too if you so desire under section 420 of IPC
