Property by will

Sir,

My grandma executed a will favouring my father and mother equally for a land which is situated in chennai and duly registered in my her name.

Now my grandma and father is no more and my doubts are as follows
1. My mother is now getting 1/2 share through my grandma's will and some share from my father's share.

2. Now my mother willing to execute her entire share by will favoring me.

3. whether my brother and sister can object legally.

4. Whether my mother's will is legally valid when property is registered under mu grandma's name

No your brother or sister can not object it.
However since the Will needs to be probated after the detah of the testatrix, it would be better if your mother execute deed of goft in your name.

Agreed with Shri Barman.
Your brother and sister cannot object act of your mother to execute her entire share to you, after probate.
They can get their share out of your father's share.

how your grandma acquired the property whether it is inherited through her husband or not
