I alongwith my other family members are summoned in a complaint of Domestic violence act by the court of SDJM Hansi (Hisar) i want to know i have to arrange surety or our personal bonds are sufficient.I further want to know whether our presence in person is mandatory or our counsel can represent us and can file power on attorney on our behalf, we are 10 persons who are summoned in this case.Kindly help.Thankyou

Apply under sec 205 of cr p c for permanent exemption of 9 out of 10: Let only husband appear in court regularly to be sure of proceedings , and what ur adv- opp party doing

Contact Mr. Makkad from LCO, he is just a stone's throw away (in metro terms) from Hansi.
BTW, any help I can extend, feel free to write to me, though I belong to Hisar, now I am in Delhi, have some old connections there still.

Yes no surety is required nor personal presence.
However to avoid any insistence on personal attendance by the court, you may file petition u/s 205 of crpc.
