This query is : Resolved
a date was fixed in the cause list for "order" but the judge was out of station and now again the date has been shifted for 20 more days in the cause list for "order".now i am scared that if at all the order is passed in my favour ,it may be challenged as infructuous order.as far as my knowledge in civil cases the order has to be made within 15 days.please throw some light on this and if any ruling is there please let me know.

Your presumption has no place in legal system. Can you tel me 'within which 15 days, such order is to be pronounced?'
The court has yet to pronounce its order so any limitation shall start thereafter and not before it.

You can follow it from the court diary. Even if the judgement is pronounced very late, it will have its validity. Dont worry.

Your presumption is wrong. There is no law, which says to pronounced judgement within 15 days.

Yes you are wrongly informed. The court may take such time as it feels necessary to pass a judgement.
