mining lease sanctioned by the govt to person for the period of 10 years but after a period of 6 years the person died but he made a will through which the lease transfered to her daughter the govt executed a supplementary deed and sent for registration in subregistrar office my question is what duty is chargeable in such type of deed according to m.p. stamp act please guide me...

same stamp duty as applicable for lease deed unless notification relating to such transactions for exemption.
