Draft of domestic voilence

I am a new advocate doing independent
i got a case from a lady who deserted by her husband since last three years she have one daughter of 3 yrs also.

so i have file a domestic violence petition for my client and her daughter pls if any one have a draft of that then pls provide the same and also suggest me what more can i file for her can i also file a petition under sec 125 of c.r.pc at the same time

You can file CrPC 125 only. As per latest directive of SC, no case in DV can be filed after 1 year of last incident.
