Will all supreme court judgment carry decree with it?

Dear Experts,

After hearing both sides (also numbered as Civil Appeal) Judgment and Decree of the High Court was confirmed by the Supreme court and dismiss the appeal.

Does the appeal dismissal Judgment will carry a decree with it?

OR

Will the Supreme court draw a Decree for all the Civil Appeal Judgment, whether it was Allowed or Dismissed?

Supreme Court shall not draw a specific decree in the light of given case as it has confirmed the decree passed by high court and has dismissed the appeal filed against that decree.
