Lok adalat

On 20 june 2010 Lok Adalt had sattled my Loan of ICICI Bank, after so many of visits of branch yet i have not received the loan sattlment latter/order or the court result copy. On the contorary Banks leagle letter with old balance and the visits and phones of Banks loan recovery agents are as it is.

In this matter i have visited the branch, but no result. They suggest me to pay the sattled (finalised) amount but without any order how much its safe i dont know?
Sir pl suggest me how can i get the copy of result of LOK ADALAT and what shd i do in this case?

YOU APPLY TO COURT FOR CERTIFIED TRUE COPY OF ORDER , PASSED ON EX-1 ON 20-10-2010 "LOK ADALAT" BY HON J mR.xxx-MR YYY. , AND YOU WILL GET COPY.
tendER THE AMOUNT TO BANK ACCORDINGLY.

yes apply for certified copy of order passed by lok adalat . address letter to bank pointing ou the consent order passed by lok adalat and your willingness to comply with the order . make payment as per order .

This is nothing but a common sense. You got the matter settled through Lok Adalat so obtain the certified copy therefrom and take further action accordingly. What is need to post this simple question before experts?
