Case copy from court

My FIL submitted a private case petition (dowry)in court on behalf of my wife. Now when court is calling my wife for her statement she is not coming as she has ran away with some one. Every time on court date my FIL is filing false petition that she is ill.

Is there a way to get a certified copy of those petitions from court?

How did you come to know?
Till you get the summons you have nothing to do nor the certified copies would be of any help.

If your wife is not appearing and your father is taking repeated adjournments on the ground of illness of your wife for making her statement then it shall be appropriate to demand the medical certificates duly countersigned by CMO og Govt. hospital. Such adjournments cannot go for a long time.
