sir
mere friend ko yesterday two police wale arrest karke le gaye aur mere dost ko yeh bhi nahi bataya ki kis reason se arrest karke le ja rahe hai .police walo ke hand mein one letter tha jis par sec.265,307 ke tahat arrest warrant tha .Kya is tarah se koi police wala kisi ko bhi arrest kar sakata hai.

Yes for the sake of investigation the police can arrest any member of society on the ground of suspect even if his name is not htere in the FIR.
However if it is found that there is nothing against the suspects then getting bail should not be a difficulty for which they need to take necessary action.

Se.265 :- fraudulent use of false wight and measure.

Sec.307:- Attempt to murder.

The latter one is a non baillable offence.

Since there was warrant of arrest, the police is not at all wrong in arresting your friend.

In case of suspicion of cognizable offence (or even suspicion) arrest would have been fully legal even without warrant provided the rank of arresting officer is not below constable.

aisi giraftari aviadh hai. aap apne ilake ke sp sab se mil lijiye ya sessions judge ke pas chupke se dakhast lgayeeye kyonki 24 ghante main usko nikat ke magistrate ke pas le jana jruri tha or agar vo kisi thane main band hai to sessions judge chhapa mar sakta hai or tmam sambandhit police walon ke khilaf salhat karyewahi kar sakta hai.
