Birth certificate

On 23rd July,1998 my son was borne in village Attili in AP. I had not taken birth certificate from the concerned authorities at the time of birth. The delivery took place in home and not in any hospital. Now, for applying passport to my son, it is mandatory to have birth certificate. kindly advise me the procedure to get birth certificate from village panchayat at Attili. Thank u.

if you have school certificate then the school mentioned the dob, thats enough

You need to give an affidavit to get the same made.

As the child would not have completed matriculation, no other way is available.
