Sir., This regards to my earliear question we have purchased land of 300 sq.yards in a village as a open plot in the year 2005. after 7 years we noticed that the said plot is already sold to another person ( mine is 2nd registration) how we can procede for justice. 1) can we get substitute & equivalent value land if the cheater (sellar) having the land in another location. 2) if he is unable to provide alternates what is the punishment for his cheating. 3) As a victim what we get in this course. 4) I am residing in Hyderabad, my land cheater and land is at Warangal, where can i file a case in Hyderabad "or" Warangal. 5) In year-2005 registration value of above said land is Rs.65000/- and market value is at 200000/- Now i.e., in year 2012 the registration value is 330000/- and market value is at nearly 1000000/- which value i will get. 6) During the court trail process : my age is 45 years and land cheater is about 75 years. if he dies what is the procedure. 7) How much time take to delivary the justice for this type of cases. 8) Is it court give status quo of his present assets untill the case is completed. 9) if court decides the compensation based on Year-2003 registration value and interest @15% per annum and court charges. I may not get todays market value.in such situation what is the remedy. 10) For filing a case in court how much expenditure can we expect in the form stamp duties and lawyer charges. Based on your guidance and advice I will go to court for justice. Thank you sir.,
