Motor Vehicle with 4 were caught by police of Kankavli Dist ( Maharashtra) while they were coming from GOA to PUNE , They were charged with carry liquor from GOA to PUNE which is Illegal as police have said now , The charge sheet has not been filled yet , What is the Procedure to settle this issue ,Also the car id in Police custody which they are not ready to leave , Police are saying provide solvency of 2lakh from Bank and 2Lakh Property Solvency , Is there any other way to get the car back

Have been told the charge sheet has still not been filled ,The lawyer was asked to appeal for the car again and ask for complete Bond instead of breaking the bond into bank solvency and property solvency The Lawyer says he can not do that as its not possible.

The Magistrate in a routine manner release the vehicles on furnishing the standard Bond in WB or in other parts of India.
Check whether in your State there is some stringent State Amendment or not.

You can now file an applicatin to the concerned magistrate's court for return or property. The Magistrate, after hearing the say of the police, will return the property to the owner after furnishing standard bond. Mr. Barman has rightly advised you.

Lawyer filled the request for returning the car to the magistrate and received an order asking to show bank solvency and property solvency , I was advised we can file the request again if we can not produce what has been asked , Can we do this ...?

The Magistrate order is to show you are man of means worth the value of car to be released in your favor.
