Rti: the post of spio is vacant!

I have filed an RTI application before a family court, where the post of SPIO (Counselor) is still vacant, seeking certifies copy of the petition of a case pertaining to me.

So far I have not received any reply from the said office.

Whether should I go for the First Appeal before the FAA (Principal Judge in the instance case)?

There is no need to use RTI for the purpose of obtaining the certified copy of the judgment of a case. There is a copying branch for this purpose. apply the copy on prescribed application form with requisite stamp duty and obtain it within a period of 2-3 days instead of adopting the way you mentioned.

Instead of RTI Application and appeal, you should ask your advocate for getting certify copies.

For getting copies of the court documents, you have to file a copy application in the court.

RTI will not help you.
