i have land property. two colluded and one created fake documents and sold to another. that after the suit filed by purchaser against me and got injunction order. in this stage i want to file criminal case against them. kindly advise me under which sections shall i file case.

You might have all relevant documents of your ownership and now obtain certified copies of alleged transfer documents fradulantly prepared by those persons.

Now you draft a good application addressed to the local police station incharge and seek criminal action against all such persons under the provisions of section 420/467/468/471/120B IPC and also file a civil suit seeking setting aside all fradulant acts and an injunction order.

While giving police complaint you need not mention the sections of IPC.

Besides every thing one must for you is to file a suit for cancellation of sale deed even if it is impersonated because being registered, though void,it has created a clog on your title.
