Sir,

In my organization one of the employee got transfer to north east. but he has gone to court and got stay order. sir iwant to know that how many days it will be valid

It shall be valid until either it is vacated or decision is given in his favour.

If the stay order is granted for a specific time, then it will automatically expire if it is not extended after the specified time. Otherwise it would remain in force till it is vacated.
