Nadeem Qureshi (Expert) 28 January 2012
Dear Querist
yes, you can if you want, it is very long time.
Raj Kumar Makkad (Expert) 28 January 2012
Correct digit 1074 with 1974.

You have not mentioned what type of case has been filed by your wife at this stage. anyway, your marriage is already a dead one so court shall feel no hesitation to grant you divorce on the ground of desertion.
Raj Kumar Makkad (Expert) 28 January 2012
Why do you not try for mutual divorce in the given circumstances or why do not decide to live together at the fag end of your career. You should try for re-union. May have God provided you both such courage to feel sorry with each other for any 'guilt' done in 1973.
Sailesh Kumar Shah (Expert) 29 January 2012
Rightly advised by Mr.Makkad.
V R SHROFF (Expert) 29 January 2012
I fully agree with Mr.Makkad.

Live together if u can.
What benefit u have, if divorce at this age, after 37 years of sepn.

Is not it too late to think of it.
