Hello all learned experts,
Suit for cancel nation of sale deed
A B C D E is sisters who are the plaintiffs in the suit for the cancel nation of sale deed while x y and z are the defendants. Z is mother of a b c d e and y. X is the son of y
The late person namely f is the father of the A b c d e and y and late person was the husband of the z. while the deceased was alive on that time with out the consent of the A b c d e mar X executed the sale deed in favor of him
When late person namely f died and when the funeral ceremony was celebrated of the deceased on that time of the discussion the knowledge came to the A b c d e that with the help of y and z mar x executed the sale deed with the fraud.
So aggrieved by the said transaction A B C D E lodged the suit for the cancel nation of the sale deed and demanded the interim relief against the opponent not the resale the said agricultural property to the other person in any way.
I want to know the judgment regarding this matter for the injunction

judgements depend upon facts and circumstances of each case .
why cant you narrate facts in simple and lucid fashion .
you could have simply stated that property belonging to father has been fraudelently sold by grandson X in collusion with mother and son . the daughters on being aware of fraud have filed suit for cancellation of sale deed .
you will have to prove that property of father was sold frudelently and without his consent .merely becuase daughters were not aware of sale is no ground fro setting aside sale deed .
you have not mentioned how fraud was committed? was signature of father forged?
