I have an ancistor property from my grandfather. Both my Father and Grandmother compramised in lokadalat court settlement after death of grandmother lokadlat Final award is declared as dated 1998 december.
Before death of grand mother, she did a pending registration in SRO Ananthapalli,W. G. Dist,A.p and got the pending reg no.232/1997 at the time of pending registration lokadalt mater is not awarded,so that Registar was not gave the permanent registration number, and registration was kept in Pending reg no 232/1997,due to the reason for ownership proof of title of Property is not submited(she does not have Ownership proof copy).after she died in 1998 april,(after 60 days of death date), as dated june 20 1998,party who made a pending registration was converted to permanent registration and get the reg no 1174/1998 from SRO of Anathapalli W.G Dist,A.p.and party occupied the land. as per today date(2012,feb) revenue records the land owner is my grandfather. Is ther any special rigts in Registration act converting Pending registration to perminent registration without the person(owner) live?.Please suggest me for cancelling the registration, what type of information need to ask from registar office using RTI. and what type of records information to know for exact reasons for property registration was moved to Perminent registration. If it is invalid registration,Is there any chance to cancel the immovable property registration(after death of person). Please suggest me if any chance to get the property rights to claim.

You have not stated whether the person in whose favor ur grand mother executed the document was made party to the suit which came to be settled before the Lok Adfalat. What is the settlement reached in the Lok Adalat? in what way the registration of the document affects the settlement? Please note if u want the regiatration cancelled u will have to file asuit for the purpose.
