Passport documents

Hi,
I want to apply for a fresh passport so i checked the official website for the documents required for the same and for proof of address it is stated as under:
(a) Proof of address (attach one of the following):
Applicant’s ration card, certificate from Employer of reputed companies on letter head, water /telephone /electricity bill/statement of running bank account/Income Tax Assessment Order /Election Commission ID card, Spouse’s passport copy, parent’s passport copy in case of minors. (NOTE: If any applicant submits only ration card as proof of address, it should be accompanied by one more proof of address out of the above categories). .
So i approched an agent and he told me that atleast three documents mentioed above is required as address proof.
But I only have Bank statement (SBI) and my company certification.So i want to know whether it is Sufficient or I require three documents?
Help Me.

The bank statement and company certificate is sufficient.

the website clearly mentions you require any one of following . bank statement should suffice .
