their is two Wills by a person . 1st was written in the month of january, and the 2nd was written in the month of may. 1st Will is notorised attested. 2nd Will is duly registered in the office of registrar. 1st Will is in the favour of third person. but the 2nd Will is in the favour of the daughter of that person. my question is about the applicabillity of the Will. Whether 1st Will will be applicable or 2nd Will will be applicable. I am for the 2nd party i.e 2nd Wills person. Is their any judgement regaarding this?

the last willmade in month of may will prevail . the will must have mentioned that i hereby revoke all former wills and testaments amde if any
