Instead of asking us to write a book on the topic it could have proved better had you tell us "if so and so offence and conviction" constitutes moral turpitude or not.

(i) List given by Mr Nair should not be treated as exhaustive. He has illustrated to the best possible.
(ii) Moral turpitude is relevant for removal from Govt service. You seem to be interested in joining. So if any type of criminal case is pending/ decided against you /acquitted on procedural ground or benefit of doubt you loose eligibility.
The comment of Mr Prabhakar Singh is very much relevant. You must come with query instead of taking viva. Moral turpitude is not such a simple term which can be explained to you for your limited purpose.

A phrase used in Criminal Law to describe conduct that is considered contrary to community standards of justice, honesty, or good morals.
Crimes involving moral turpitude have an inherent quality of baseness, vileness, or depravity with respect to a person's duty to another or to society in general. Examples include rape, forgery, Robbery, and solicitation by prostitutes.
Many jurisdictions impose penalties, such as deportation of Aliens and disbarment of attorneys, following convictions of crimes involving moral turpitude.
