Age bar and law course

Dear Sirs,

Pursuant to the query of another querist, I would like to know if the age bar exists for doing law course? I want to pursue it too, but in my city there is age bar as per the bar council norms. Some say a stay had been granted, but no college is ready to take me as I exceed age bar.

Can you please guide me on the nature of the stay order, and its current status?
