Staying with a foreign national

sir I am very curious to know the following
I am a divorcee living in delhincr .and i have a 3 yrs long relationship with a foreigner woman who will be coming to India in march...we are planning to get married after a few days.She will not live with my family but i have arranged a house for her to live seperately till the marriage is over.In bwtween as nowadays police verification of the tenants are on rise .so if the police verification is done ..can in any way police harrass her or me in any way till we finally get msrried ? Is there any way out that we can live peacefully before we get married plss let us know whts the best way out thank u

Only after expiration of visa police can take action otherwise there is no such chance.

sir thank u for the valuable information ..Just wanted to ask wht if the police object that we are in a live in relationship and we cant live like that in India...I hope police don't harass us both when we are living under the same house without marriage till the marriage formalities are over whts ur suggestion sir

A live in relationship is no crime, Apply for PIO Card on the basis of your marriage with her if you desire to live in India.

First of all, police is not going to harass on the ground you mentioned in your query and secondly you can very well apprise the entire situation to the police. Generally police officials are not inhumane.
