It is clear that during my lifetime none of my parents/brothers/sisters have any share in my property. However does the same argument holds good even after my death ?

partially it does, after your death - your mother and descendants automatically get equal shares of your property(being class I heirs). However if nobody of the above is there - then your father/siblings enter the fore as they are class II heirs and take the property in preferential order.

No, the same argument does not hold good after your death, as right on your share will be equally devided between your mother/brothers/sisters

make a will and bequeath your property to whom soever you want .
if you die intestate property will be divided among your legal heirs

I agree with MR. Ajay sethi. it is the best way that prepare a will and further to avoid any kind of dispute, you must register the will.

The statement you gave doesn't hold same after your demise because your inheritance shall be devolved to those restricted persons at that time if those are your legal heirs.

No!it may or may not be depending upon who survives whom ??????
If you leave behind your mother widow and children male or female then would get all togather equally to the exclusion of others,in their absence, your father shall exclude your brothers and sisters.
But what is your exact problem.
In case you desire to write down your own succession law permits you to do so by a WILL in favor of one or many as per your wish.

NO, it does not hold good after death.
You can will it according to your wishes or it would devolve upon as succession act.

Thanks all of you. I think I should prepare a WILL and register it in favour of my wife and children not to allow any other person to part with.
