Dear experts,
I am staying in Middle East, my wife filed a 498a false case against me and my family police arrested my family members and they are now in bail, mean while my lawyer asked me to come to india immediately, saying that they are ready to compromise and requesting for early settlement, but i have a doubt about those people. How ever we come to know with the police that they are refereing the case to interpol to arrest me in dubai.
In the present situation i have taken a loan from bank in dubai to pay the settlement amount what they have agreed for. So if i left dubai now i cannot return back. Could you plz tell me whether interpol take up the case and take me to india, how can i proceed in this present situtation.
I have read in lawyers club india website that interpol refused to take 498a cases.

Interpol is not an agent who undertakes such type of contracts. They have mamny other works to do.

if the court issue a court warrant against you and send it through indian Govt. then the Interpol can take this case too.

#Nadeem! What shall you tell to author if he calls you? Can you not open you mind in this thread against the open query of the querist? Do you know any magic to solve the problem of the author? If yes, please also tell me as one of my contact is also facing the similar problem.
I hope Nedeem shall not take it otherwise and provide me the exact solution to deal with such problem except and other than what he has already replied.

Author! You should follow the advise of your lawyer and should come to India to get the bail and further should get the permission of the court to go abroad if no settlement takes up. Generally bail is granted in 498A matters on the same day or within a days or two so you should gain mental peace by facing the reality and should not run away so as to face more and more problems as you have mentioned one of them.
